This is a foundation-building course that focuses on the tools and skills that are the foundation of any spiritual practice. It is a year for your own experience, building and maintaining your practices, clarification of your way, building stability and maintaining healthy borders.

The course can be taken as a stand-alone course for learning the basics of spiritual practice or as a foundation course for any further spiritual or shamanic training.

1400,- or 125,- for 12 rates.
