Please go back to the student page and click on the password reset link for the board, you are active on.

You can verify the reset with your username or email address. Depending on your mail provider it can take some time for the reset email to arrive. Please wait for at least 15-20 minutes. Also make sure to check your spam folder.

If the message ended up in your spam folder, please proceed as mentioned in the FAQ »The notification emails are ending up in my spam folder. What can I do?«.

If you still don’t get a reset email, please get in contact, so we can manually reset your password.

You need to logged in to the board you are active on. You’ll find the login links for the boards on the student page.

When you are logged in, go the the right upper corner and hit the “Edit My Profile” link:

On the edit screen you’ll find two checkboxes right at the bottom of the page:

You can opt in for a notification email if a new post is published and/or if a new comment is posted

Please move the notification email out of your spam folder into your inbox folder. And make sure that no older notification emails are still sitting in the spam folder.

To make sure that the notification emails are not ending up in the spam folder in the future, you can also whitelist the message board email address.

You set up the whitelist at your mail provider (not in your email software):

Please have a look into your spam folder. It is most likely that the notification emails are ending up there.

If so, please proceed as mentioned in the FAQ above.
If not, please get in contact, so we can check the email address in your user account.

The images uploaded should be max. 2000px in each dimension.
Accepted formats are .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .png

Please try to download any files from the student section with the download credentials from your program folder. The private account for the message board will not work for downloading materials from the student section.
