It is a year for your own experience\, building and maintaining your practices\, clarification of your way\, building stability and maintaining healthy borders. \nThe course can be taken as a stand-alone course for learning the basics of spiritual practice or as a foundation course for any further spiritual or shamanic training. \nClass size maximum 6 participants\n1550\,- or 131\,- for 12 rates \nIncludes class supplies\, tea pauses\, 4 individual counseling/feedback hours and certificate.
